Announcing a special CLIS memories event next month on Friday 20th August from 12 noon at Christ Church FIEC, Peckham, kindly organised by Karen Hans
Do you have lots of great memories of LCF and CLIS - visits, conferences, annual lectures and working parties?
Come along to this special event at Peckham, London to relive those memories with like-minded folk as we talk about and enjoy the many photos that Graham Hedges took and kept for us over the years.
Some photos need identifying and labelling; there are many photos that are labelled, but even more detail would be wonderful!
This will also be an opportunity to reflect on & share the ways LCF/CLIS may have impacted our lives and how our faith has impacted our library work.
We would love to collect some relevant testimonies to share for encouragement, both within CLIS and within the library world - so get thinking!
We will end with a short time of thanksgiving and prayer, but if you cannot stay till 3pm (or cannot arrive at noon) that is no problem it would just be great to see you!
The church hall will be open from 12 noon until 3pm, please indicate your intention to come along and also give any dietary requirements.
